WASHINGTON, March 14, 2020 — FRAC supports the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, H.R. 6201 and commends the House for taking swift and thoughtful action to provide vital resources to help people put food on the table and stay safe during the COVID-19 emergency.

WASHINGTON, September 13, 2019 – FRAC today joined CLASP and the National Housing Law Project in filing an amicus brief in five jurisdictions to oppose the implementation of the Trump administration’s public charge rule. The groups note in the brief that the Trump administration’s radical expansion of the public charge rule would damage the well-being and economic stability of immigrants and communities across the country.
