The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding individuals, infants, and children up to 5 years of age from households with low incomes with nutritious foods, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals to health care and social services.
