Charles Blow, columnist for the New York Times, and Rep. Jim McGovern (D-MA), will keynote the 2018 National Anti-Hunger Policy Conference in Washington, D.C. from February 25-27. Blow will kickoff the opening plenary on race, hunger, and poverty. McGovern will lead a panel on legislative threats to anti-poverty programs.
