The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding individuals, infants, and children up to5 years of age from households with low incomes with nutritious foods, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals to health care and social services.
