    Interactive Data Tool

    Note: Works best in Chrome and Firefox.

    This interactive map provides data for every county on the percent of all people living in poverty, based on the 2015-2019 American Community Survey (ACS). You can scroll over a county on the map to view its poverty rate, along with data for the state and nation as a whole. The margin of error for each estimate is shown in parentheses.

    Here are key ways to use this resource:

    • ★Click on a county to zoom in, and click on that county again to zoom out to national scope.
    • ★Click and drag to move the map, or use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
